Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your NEOCON 2019 registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at clearly stating your reference number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the billing email address you used while registering.

Please note:

  1. All cancellations done until 31/05/2019 will attract a cancellation fee of 25% of gross registration value
  2. All cancellations done until 31/07/2019 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of gross registration value
  3. All cancellations done until 30/09/2019 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of gross registration value
  4. Post 30/09/2019 no refunds will be provided
  5. All refunds will be provided by cheque in 10-15 working days post conference
  6. Timestamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request
  7. Contribution towards GST value is non-refundable
