Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your NEOCON 2019 registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at info@neocon2019.com clearly stating your reference number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the billing email address you used while registering.

Please note: 
  • All cancellations done until 31/05/2019 will attract a cancellation fee of 25% of gross registration value
  • All cancellations done until 31/07/2019 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of gross registration value
  • All cancellations done until 30/09/2019 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of gross registration value
  • Post 30/09/2019 no refunds will be provided
  • All refunds will be provided by cheque in 10-15 working days post conference
  • Timestamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request
  • Contribution towards GST value is non-refundable
